Alpaca Ranching... Why haven't you started?
I never get enough of the passerbys who stop their cars to stare at the alpacas on our ranch. Some are intrigued never having seen one before and others stare in admiration wishing they had a few of their own. I openly invite them to the ranch and ask them about why they don't have any of their own. Most believe it takes alot of land, or perhaps too much money. When I ask them how much land it takes or how much money they would need I hear things like "oh..30 acres I would guess" and "you have to be rich to own alpacas"
